Dear Faculty Colleagues,
The University Faculty Appeals and Grievances Committee has submitted a motion to the UFC proposing changes to the Faculty Grievance process as outlined in Section 5.8 of the Faculty Handbook. These revisions primarily deal with timeline issues of the Faculty Grievance process and do not substantially alter the grievance process itself. The UFAGC requests that you review these revisions and comment upon them prior to the next UFC meeting on March 24, 2015.
If you have any questions, please contact Helen Housley, Chair, UFAGC, at hhousley@umw.edu.
The UFAGC thanks you in advance for your attention to this matter.
