Members present: Maria Laura Bocaz-Leiva (Chair), Alex Dunn (Secretary), Janine Davis, Andrea Smith, Janet Asper, Victoria Russell (ex-officio)

  1. Call to Order
  2. Old Business:
    1. Approval of minutes
    2. Minutes were approved and uploaded on time for the UFC meeting.
    3. Deans were reminded that Waple Professorship applications must be announced through the Deans’ offices.
  3. New Business:
    1. Committee members reviewed and discussed all Sabbatical applications and ranked applicants to submit to the provost.
    2. The committee will discuss Jepson applications at their November 4 meeting.
