Meeting called to order; attendance recorded as above.

  1. Scheduling Next Meeting

We discussed that Tuesdays at 1pm is the most convenient time for all members and proposed Tuesday, November 3rd at 1pm for our next meeting. We decided to wait until the Nov. 3rd meeting to schedule next meetings, as we wanted Marion’s opinion on future dates, but would like to schedule meetings a little further out on the calendar.

  1. Director’s Report

In Marion’s absence, Coorain reviewed upcoming events. Rafael gave a review of recent events.

  1. Electing a new secretary

The committee voted and tentatively approved Sharon Williams as Secretary. .
