UFOC Meeting

ATTENDEES: Don Lee, Rachel Bowman, Abbie Tomba, Marcus Leppanen, Wei Chen
- Welcome and introduction to UFOC
- Call to order: 2:00 PM
- Rachel will be out on parental leave in Spring and someone else will need to take her place as secretary
- Introduction to UFOC:
- The committee reviewed responsibilities for serving on UFOC
- Filling vacancies on committees, sending out calls for nominations
- The committee reviewed responsibilities for serving on UFOC
- Major tasks are in the spring for elections
- Shared responsibility for university level committee
- For college level, representatives from that college are responsible (majority of responsibilities for this are in the Spring)
- Google Doc shows members for each committee at the college level
- New minutes procedure
- Approval of minutes via email
